The holiday spirit will be on full display across South Baldwin County this December, with festive parades and community events bringing neighbors together to celebrate the season. Foley will kick off the festivities on December 7th with its Annual Kiwanis Club Christmas Parade, filling the streets of downtown Foley with floats and cheer at 10 a.m. Later that evening, Elberta will follow with its Christmas Parade, tree lighting, and a family-friendly “Movies in the Park” starting at 5:30 p.m.

On December 14th, the Gulf Coast’s love of water takes center stage with two boat parades. LuLu’s Gulf Shores will host its annual
Lighted Boat Parade, featuring decorated vessels cruising east along the Intracoastal Waterway toward The Wharf at dusk. That same night, the Pirates of Fish River will roll out their 5th Annual Christmas Boat Parade, bringing holiday cheer to Weeks Bay and Fish River.
