Kenny Chesney takes a break between concerts

Kenny Chesney is in town for two concerts at the Wharf. During his visit he took a break and visited the Flora-Bama.


On his social media pages Chesney thanks the world famous bar and added:


Thanks to everyone at the Flora-Bama Lounge & Package for having me, Kenny Chesney’s No Shoes Radio and Blue Chair Bay Rum. What a perfect setting for a pre-show party. No Shoes Nation, tonight we end the #IGOBACKTOUR and it’s gonna be a wild night at The Wharf Amphitheater. Can’t wait to see you guys.


Chesney is currently on his " I Go Back" Tour across the nation. He is well known in the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area. He is also known to frequent the Flora-Bama when he visits.


Kenny Chesney has recorded more than 20 albums and has produced more than 40 Top 10 singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs, 32 of which have reached number one. Many of these have also charted within the Top 40 of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, making him one of the most successful crossover country artists. He has sold over 30 million albums worldwide

In anticipation of severe weather on Saturday, Governor Kay Ivey has declared a state of emergency for all 67 counties ahead of the impending severe weather.
