Wednesday, February 19th - CoastAL in Orange Beach has quickly established itself as a top restaurant and venue along the Gulf Coast since its opening in December 2022. Patrons were eager to experience this highly anticipated beachfront dining destination. Now entering its third high-volume visitor season, CoastAL continues to exude the charm it had at the outset. The venue is filled with a mix of island visitors and locals, whether they are enjoying crab dip, gumbo bites, or Asian tuna salad for lunch; savoring a juicy rib eye paired with a bottle of red wine for a romantic date night; or indulging in a veggie grain bowl while brunching with friends. Thursday, February 20th - The Learning Campus will offer a variety of engaging classes as part of the Eco-Art Series at specific times on Thursdays and Fridays in February. As a component of the renowned Alabama Gulf State Park, the Learning Campus draws visitors from far and wide in search of adventure. The park is known for its award-winning trails, providing numerous picnic areas and resting spots with breathtaking views. Both locals and visitors, including campers, enjoy kayaking and canoeing on Lake Shelby while soaking in the beautiful surroundings or biking along the trails. The Nature Center and the Learning Campus, where additional classes and adventures are available, are conveniently located just off the beach. There are plenty of ways to explore the park, so whether you experience everything in one go or visit a little each day, Gulf State Park is abundant with fun, learning, and more. Saturday, February 22nd - The City of Orange Beach proudly presents the 33rd Annual Orange Beach Seafood Festival and MAAAC Car Show from 10AM to 4PM. For one day only at the Wharf, a day you won't want to miss. Indulge in various fresh seafood dishes, including shrimp, fish tacos, and in proper parade season form, seafood gumbo. The day will feature delicious seafood-inspired dishes, shopping vendors, and more. Explore over 100 unique booths featuring handmade jewelry and local art while enjoying live music that keeps the energy high for the whole family. Sunday, February 23rd- Experience unforgettable dining with stunning views of the Bay at GT's. Explore and try the new menu possibilities with seasonal features like the Sunset menu served daily from 4-7 PM, including a pan-seared tenderloin medallion on creamy Parmesan grits or mouthwatering Grilled Chicken with smoked bacon and bucatini pasta in savory Alfredo sauce and more. Pop in earlier for choices from the $10 Good Time Lunch menu, offering Southern classics like Shrimp Creole on jasmine rice, crispy Fried Fish with slaw and fries, or Fried Popcorn Shrimp with refreshing slaw.
