For 2024, the district earned impressive report card scores: Orange Beach Elementary School (OBES) scored 97, Orange Beach Middle & High School (OBMHS) scored 94, and Orange Beach City Schools (OBCS) scored 95, with each showing improvement over the previous year. The Class of 2024 boasts a 100% graduation rate. In academics, Orange Beach City Schools stood out as the only school system in Alabama with every third-grader reading at or above grade level.

Athletic accomplishments have also been remarkable. In 2024, the Girls Softball Team was named Max Prep National Champion after winning its fourth consecutive state title, and the Cheerleading Squad claimed its first-ever State Championship.
