Glen Lakes Golf Club Hosts the Fourth Annual Golf FORE!

The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation has partnered with Glen Lakes Golf Club to host the 4th Annual Golf FORE! Education tournament on October 4th, 2024. The event is sponsored by King & King Attorneys at Law.


The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation works to support 11 public and 3 private schools in the community. The foundation focuses on educational programs, leadership development, and community improvement to ensure students have the skills to succeed.


Teams for the tournament will consist of four players. Registration is $600 per team, and each player will receive two drinks, breakfast, and lunch. Donations for the silent auction are also being accepted.


The tournament will kick off with a grab-and-go breakfast and an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start. Participants will be served lunch at The Pub at Glen Lakes and activities throughout the day, including a silent auction and an awards ceremony sponsored by Wildcat Construction.

During this period, residents can purchase essential severe weather preparedness items without paying the state's 4% sales tax. In some areas, local taxes will also be waived, allowing shoppers to save up to 10% on eligible items.
