News Staff • December 18, 2023

You can vote until Tuesday for Ronnie Royal

Every week during the 2023 high school football season, SBLive Sports, part of the Sports Illustrated group, has scoured the country for the top 10 plays in high school football, giving fans the chance to vote for their favorite.

The winner each week is eligible for the National High School Football Play of the Year at the end of the season.

This week Gulf Shores Dolphin player Ronnie Royal is listed as a choice for "PLAYER OF THE WEEK." There are 10 players selected from around the country and fans are asked to VOTE for their favorite.

A movement along the Alabama Gulf Coast is asking for supporters to VOTE for Royal after his amazing performance in the State Playoffs, which brought the Dolphins their 1st Championship.

You can place your vote HERE until Tuesday the 19th.

Ronnie Royal has been an outstanding player for the Gulf Shores Dolphins all year long. During the "Perfect Season" he rushed for 1,069 yards and averaged 7.1 yards per carry. As a receiver he gained another 473 yards with a 13.9 average per reception.

That's not all... he had over 1,000 yards in Punt and kickoff returns and then there were the gains from interceptions he made on defense.

You can help send him a "Thank You" by voting NOW!
