If you’ve spent much time at the beach you’ve probably heard the name Brent Burns buzzing around town. Born and raised in Gulf Shores, Burns quickly rose to stardom and laid claim as the “Official Music Ambassador of the Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau.” Traveling on tour keeps Burns far but always near to coastal hearts and ears, sometimes even bringing him back for a season of live on stage performances where it all began. Lulu’s Homeport open outdoor restaurant and bar sets the perfect scene for the musical homecoming. Island fun begins at Lulu’s every day at 11AM, offering a wide range of tasty and fresh menu options, shopping and entertainment. The Burns shows are set to start at 5PM and serenade the crowds right up to 9PM. It’s time to grab your “Crazy Sistas” and get to Lulu’s Gulf Shores where there’s no shortage of laughs, good food, and some sweet Southern tunes.

Tacky Jacks in Orange Beach looks a lot different from its earlier days dating to before the town of Orange Beach was established. What started out as a post for fishermen supplying fuel and other needs eventually blew in, revamped with the colorful post and sign it brands today. As a host to many local events and family traditions, the location still serves the community whilst drawing in visitors all year for a tropical escape that still rings, welcome to our small town. Rather you're looking for a place to dine for dinner or just a few drinks, Tacky Jacks offers plenty of prime seating to satisfy every view. Afternoons on the lawn at Doc’s Seafood aren’t just for food and friends but also serves as a nice location to check in on sports via flat screens while being in the moment with live entertainment. Inside dining is available for those seeking the cooler breeze where outside offers fans with fresh off the Gulf salty breezes. Austin Thompson sets the tune for the night starting at 5PM and continues to close. Sit back and enjoy the spacious patio and let Thompson and the energetic staff at Doc’s do the rest. Doc’s recently voted “TOP 10 Seafood Shacks In America” by Fox News, isn’t just swimming in batters and shells, though this part of the menu comes highly recommended. Doc’s offers daily specials, certified Angus beef burgers, steaks and much more. Southern Hospitality at its finest with a coastal curve just the way the islanders and visitors like it. Ask about the famous gumbo, catering and take-out availability to be sure to soak in all this establishment has to offer.
