The triathlon will feature a 1.5K swim in the Gulf of Mexico, a 40K bike ride through Gulf State Park, and a 10K run. The "Tri-It-On" version will consist of a 300-yard swim, a 9-mile bike ride, and a 2-mile run.

The event is sponsored by Brett-Robinson and marks the 14th time it will be hosted by The Hangout. The race promises a scenic course with a swim in the Gulf, a flat and fast bike course alongside the ocean, and a picturesque run to Gulf State Park.
